Support
Technology can be tricky, and you won’t always have a grandchild available to help you get up and running.
But don’t worry!
LMS incorporated a “Speak to a grandchild” support system. Comprised of tech savvy grandchildren and a couple of left over Oompa Loompas,
This ragtag tech team has undergone rigorous training and paid just enough to keep the government off our backs to provide you the answers you require.
For basic questions, make sure you try out our AI chat feature on the web site.
To contact our support team directly and speak to a real person, you can click the “Support” menu option on the web site, this will also give you access to all our guides and a direct link to create a new support ticket
IVMS - Fatigue Management
For customers using the LMS Fatigue Management System, your account will come with some pre-configured sensors, events and reports.
The events are pre-configured to have notifications on the platform only. If you would like these event alerts sent to an email address, you will need to add an email into the event notification settings.
Events
The reports section will come pre-configured with two basic reports, Drives and Stops basic report and an events report.
The Drives and Stops report will give you basic trip history for each vehicles and the events report will have data for all events triggered such as fatigue events or any other events set up on the platform.
These reports can be automatically generated daily or weekly to make sure you can keep a record of your fleets activities. By default, the automation is NOT setup and you will be required to select either the daily or weekly option, then add an email address.
Follow the guide below for instructions on how to set this up.
